I am infinitely curious & passionate about discovering what works and what doesn't, while sharing unique and interesting resources with you along the way. My passion for health is personal & began because of life-altering injuries my son & I had over a decade ago. My goal is to continually improve my health as I age, always experimenting, with a DIY approach. I live in the woods near the UP & I love it because it's rustic, with lots of wildlife. My work & other passion is online marketing & I've been doing it since 2005, at home. I'm an Army Veteran, where I served as a Journalist. I traveled a lot years ago, living all over, but I am now content with life in the woods.
