What are you doing today to work towards your fitness goals?

I am finding that on my current weight loss journey, I get overwhelmed by the scale of my calorie deficit sometimes. 12 weeks can seem like a very long time to work hard toward a goal, so I am being very diligent to keep my focus on each individual day! Setting smaller more manageable goals (for me its a daily step goal) can really help reduce the mental strain that a long term goal can present.

So I ask again, what are some short term daily goals that you are utilizing to help you on your larger journey?
