I'm Dr. Nicos Rossides - CEO, management consultant, and author. On this channel, I create content that helps managers be more effective by sharing tried and tested management routines and behaviors. I'm co-owner and director in several international businesses, two of which are headquartered in London, and I'm the CEO of an incubator that supports and coaches academic start-up founders. On the side, I write books and articles on management-related topics.
