I'll be back full time to dedicated production end of this month/start of October. In honor of that return to get you some content, here's a video I have never publicly released with very few of you catching it in unlisted.

Full disclosure, a small portion of you have seen this and some of you have even played the full game. Thank you for that & to those who have NO CLUE what this is, it is the full version with no interruptions of a concept series I made a while back but left all the videos unlisted due to the forced choice mechanism I created. It's up! pass it on :) To be transparent, there was a CONSIDERABLE more technical talk in this initially. But I do think there was bandwidth issues on youtube's end. I'm going to downgrade a camera or two and next edition will be different from this in terms of tech talk on the circuit itself. 

The Formula 1 championship has been a Leclerc clinic thus far in 2022 with the Ferrari-man nearly doubling his closest rival but there are a couple pieces of data that suggest this is inflated. I've built this graphic below to capture some of these signals & nuances. As the season persists, "The Last 3" trend should be a useful gutcheck you can access very quickly especially. 

With that in mind, let me know if you'd like other data tracked and provided in real-time or I can easily pull some things ad-hoc like the evolution of the constructors with respect to just the first 3 grands prix over the past half decade (second attachment). Following a grand prix I'll be making post-mortem content ensuring this information is updated and available to you. So far on the list is:
- Points
- Quali head2head
- Quali Delta vs teammate
- Race head2head
- Expected Finish
- whatever else multiple people request

I'll be back in full force here shortly. & for those curious, I certainly haven't been on some holiday - I've been building a racing simulator (see attachment 3). As I'm one to do, I might have overdone it a bit but every millimeter is with you in mind as now I can integrate immersive footage within the context of usual racing stories for an even better experience. I'll be able to match whatever era I'm covering swapping out wheels, analog vs digital switches, hell, even helmets to take you as close as possible to the on track action.
 
Let's hope it's been a worthwhile gamble - I'm sure it will be but regardless I'm stoked to take you on some journeys through motorsport history. I'll see you very, very soon (yes Imola haha).

The comeback is nearly complete - thanks for your patience. What started as a plan to simply set up a wheel at my office desk has morphed into redesigning the entire alternate studio space into the dedicated sim racing corner. Now content can include some on track elements with historical context and even have the hardware match the times... so as per, overdoing it a bit.

I'll also produce a new sim series, likely SIM Saturday, to add a different flavor to the normal content which of course will resume. That said, let me know below if you have any wish-for ideas or any elements you'd like to see explored SPECIFICALLY for sim racing. This can be software, racing stories, hardware, series ideas, tutorials, etc.

Taking some feedback & trying something new. Thanks for your candor & patience. Your feedback helps me fine tune the process. I promise it'll pay off. I can do these updates without sacrificing bigger stories so if you're into it, I'll keep experimenting. 

What kind of content do you want more of? Assume you could only have one of these once per week on top of the current stuff which will be about 2-3x per month. Of course I'll always do what I can - everyone has been unbelievably patient. Thank you.
