Hey y’all, I’ve been working on a few videos behind the scenes for a while now that will be releasing in the coming days, one of those being a sponsored video and so it’ll have to come before a video that much of you will think more important. My apologies for that, but it didn’t feel right to run a sponsor on that video. This will be a small thread to keep you up to date on what’s been going on in my life and what you can expect from the channel in the near future. GeorgeNotFound Video: Since the allegations against GeorgeNotFound first became public I have been working on a video that would provide a much more nuanced conversation on the GeorgeNotFound situation, allegations like it, and how they are handled. It’s currently sitting at over an hour in length and I hope it’ll be able to open the discussion to a conversation about the grey of what happened, instead of talking in black and white’s. This video has a sponsor on it and is practically ready to go (though I have some changes I would like to make before that point) and I am currently waiting on approval from my sponsor to make it live. Senate Video: As those of you who follow my Twitter are aware… Hopeless Peaches, a content creator that I had previous affiliation with, was called out for their behavior in a Discord server that many deemed not only ableist but also entirely against their own morals. I agree with the criticism presented against them, and have my own criticism to present towards them for a lot of their behavior behind the scenes. I’ve been working on a video about it for a while, and will be working to get it out as soon as I can. I think it’s obvious that I am not associated with Senate, have never supported the server (as I’ve shown in private conversations between myself and the parties hosting the server) and was not a part in the Rosa call or complicit in the behavior that took place within the call, and presenting it any other way would be entirely dishonest. You are free to present criticism in regards to my handling of the call. The situation was out of control! A lot of people were in the call, I had no context for the discussion going in, I joined the call 2 hours and 50 minutes into the discussion (and spoke up less than 20 minutes later) and I was trying to de-escalate it the best way I could with that in mind. I'm sure there are better ways that I could've handled it but I can only see those through hindsight, and did my best in the moment to do right by the party hurt by the situation. Keep that in mind. Anything else will be addressed further in my video, but as Ponder Sprocket said themselves, they would not have spoken up if I did not message them before the point where they spoke up and I feel the blame has been misplaced onto me and not the people who actually support this behavior and were involved in it. The Morality Of Drama Commentary Video: In the making of my GeorgeNotFound video, I found myself asking how moral the content that I make is and as such I thought it would make a good subject. I reached out to one of my friends who went through being on the other end of serious allegations like these for this video and if it works out well I think it could be a very interesting project. I won’t share much on that yet. ADHD Diagnosis: I have finally made some progress with something I’ve been desperate to do for some years now, which is acquire an official ADHD diagnosis and gain access to medication. This is probably a strange moment where I get way too in depth about my personal life, but I would like to share a little about myself. Since I was a child, everyone in my life has suggested that I seek a diagnosis for Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I have vivid memories of parent’s evenings with school teachers where they would refer to me as “a student with a lot of potential, if they could learn to concentrate.” and on several occasions my parents were advised to seek a diagnosis for me, but did not. As a young adult with full autonomy now, I have started the work to get that diagnosis finalized, as I believe it’s been obvious for some time and the lack of support for this has made life much harder on me than it should’ve been. Since moving into my own house, my life has been moving at a million miles an hour to do everything that’s been on a list for years, and since my referral (the hard part) has been accepted and I’ve been passed to a clinic that can take care of me, this diagnosis will be official in the coming months. I’ve thought it quite obvious that I’m neurodivergent for a long time now, so it’s surprised me that in recent situations people have questioned it. I never scripted any of my older content and I think even a brief glance over those videos will give you a beautiful picture into how “off the walls” I am. Recently I had one of my diagnosed friends tell me “if you aren’t neurodivergent, then nobody is” and that got a chuckle out of me. I've been running off of a self-diagnosis for the past few years and I believe that diagnosis to be valid, while unofficial. In the UK it is a challenge to seek any diagnosis at all and I've spoken to more than enough professionals that have invoked the same concern that my logic is not only based on my own perspective, but also the rationale of many others. At this point I've been recognized by the ASRS-1.1 to be a great enough concern that after speaking to a professional, I have been referred to seek help as they believe that the concern is valid and that there is a projected official diagnosis for myself in the future (whether that be ADHD, autism, OCD, bipolar, etc.) and whatever that becomes might not be shared publicly. I hate that I have to provide a section justifying this because it's my own/personal mental health journey but I understand that if I do not pre-emptively provide a response to every question that some people will attempt to invalidate this. Self-diagnosis is considered to be both valid and necessary by most reputable sources (incl. Cambridge University, the National Institute of Health, the University of Colorado Denver and AutismBC, to cite just a few). Fun fact: I have a massive document that I made and would like to show in a video at some point breaking down examples of literally every part of my condition, past and present tense, that has caused me difficulty (I was worried that I would go blank during the phone call)... It was weird putting it all together. I doubt I will share much on this but for me this is a massive milestone in my life and the fact that I’m so close now has brought me to tears. Monetization: Merchandise has been all that’s on my mind as of late, trying to deliver something for y’all that meets my high standards while also being affordable. I’ve been working on a ton of ideas with artists behind the scenes and plan to release stickers as an early option until I have bigger pieces complete (posters, hats, hoodies, etc.). I’ve also been working on a revamping of the channel memberships, so that I can provide members videos a day earlier and also provide other benefits to them. I will share more on this soon. Conclusion: There is a lot more that I could share here about both my life, and the work I’ve been doing for this channel… But for now I think it’s best if I let that speak for itself and continue pushing forward (who knows, maybe I’ll finish reading “Abroad In Japan” in the near future?) instead of padding this with random miscellaneous information that (I’m guessing) you aren’t interested in. Thank you for all of the support on the channel and for baring with me through the large breaks between content, it’s crazy to think that I used to make videos everyday and now I’m fighting to get a single video out each month (lol). I have said this a lot, but I’d like to believe that we’ll be speeding everything up on our end and that you’ll be seeing more from the channel soon. Hello, how are you? I haven't used my community tab outside of sharing new uploads in quite a while and as such I feel like I should check in and make it more of a frequent method of communication with you! Since the last video I've been working on two separate projects, and have come to the decision that I should bring videos back to a more reasonable 20 minute runtime for the foreseeable future ,so that I can release videos on a more frequent basis instead of posting these hour long commentaries. Thank you for all the support on the last video, it performed at 2/10 and has made what would've been a rough month for the channel more stable, it was an exhausting video to make as I do all the work on my own at this point and you may have noticed it was pushed out of the gate earlier than expected as I decided that I couldn't justify holding it back any further meaning it was missing some polishing (like the lack of background music). I want to know what kind of content you would like to see from the channel in the future (suggestions for videos would be helpful), I struggle a lot with maintaining a channel that tackles "niche subjects" when I'm always tempted to cover bigger topics that I know y'all don't always want to see. YouTube has informed me that they will be introducing A/B testing to the platform in the near future (a backend system that compares how multiple thumbnails perform for the same video and then adjusts it accordingly) which I am truly excited for as it'll allow me to make a "safer" thumbnail and then a thumbnail that pushes the bar a lot more and goes in a more creative direction which would be something I am very interested in as I often feel boxed in with thumbnails or that the best performing thumbnails have to be "destroyed" to meet the fast-paced *buzz-word*, *buzz-word*, *buzz-word*, (blah-blah-blah, you get the point) style that other channels have started using as of recent. On the real fun side, my coverage of Hypnotist Sappho in an earlier video posted to the channel has continued to grow and is now at 900,000 views! This means that the video is on track to become my first video on the channel to hit a million views which has been a goal I've dreamed of achieving for a very long time now, thank you so much for that! Content is in the works and I have more behind the scenes that will be releasing on a frequent schedule into the following months! The next video will be starting with a clip from a show that I think has relevance as a link to the subject of the video, as a new take on the kind of introduction I would do to a subject that I will be experimenting with to see how well y'all take it! You probably haven't heard from me in a while but I've been hard at work on a new YandereDev video (ft. ‪@callimara‬ and ‪@pondersprocket2274‬ ) projecting to be over an hour in length, with evidence I gained access to that is *not* currently public. I think this video will be a bombshell and conclusively "end" YandereDev's career (as if it wasn't already). I'm aiming for a release on the *19th* (20th at the worst, I've been working all night so give me a break, hey?), but I think I should acknowledge before I upload the video that I recently received legal threats from one of the parties involved (this is the same legal complaint Alex received, and the reason he took down his video). Obviously I won't be complying with this request because my videos are fair coverage on the subject and protected under youtube tos and the law... But I'll be *temporarily* removing the first two videos (the second of which after my contractual obligation on it is over) I made on this subject for the safety of my channel in the event we were hit by a strike or two. It's regrettable but it'll at least mean I get to sleep properly for a night (lol).

Since my last video released, a ton of new information has released about the YandereDev situation (and a further response from the Dev himself). I’ve been questioning whether I should make a follow-up video or not and decided I would like your opinions.

Hello guys! Just a brief update; I’m currently in Florida and will be visiting Louisiana & LA (again) in the coming weeks! I’m going to be working on videos, attending conventions (like Vidcon) and doing “responsible” business meetings with some creators too! Hello hello, I'm here to deliver an update on my 'Pikamee' video! As of (14/5/23): Pikamee has returned to social media under the new name 'Henya The Genius", producing content for VShojo. This means that it's officially been disproven that she was "harassed into quitting" by people who were mad she was playing Hogwarts Legacy & (unsurprisingly) the reason she graduated as Pikamee was because she got a better offer from VShojo than the one she was getting from her current agency. Shame on any public figure who was stirring discourse & targeting transgender individuals over this without knowing anything about the full story. I am very tempted to say 'I told you so', but I will refrain.
