Hi Friends, we need your help. We think we may be missing some potential audience by not having anything about birding in either our name or logo. Do we need to add something?

Hi Friends, quite a few of you have asked in your questions, what equipment we use, I use a Nikon P1000 Bridge camera for bird footage ( it is now discontinued, but has been replaced by the Nikon P1100 - https://amzn.to/3DVgK8M or if you want something smaller or less expensive, there is the Nikon P950 - https://amzn.to/41JfEWG .) Kayleigh uses Viking Osprey ED 10-42 Binoculars ( I can't find an Amazon link for those, but these are similar - https://amzn.to/43mmdzI ). As for a scope, I accidentally damaged Kayleigh's, so will be replacing it soon, probably for a Viking Swallow ED scope.

Hi everyone. As some of you may be aware, we have an autistic daughter called Lilly. In the coming days I will be doing “walk for autism”. I want to raise awareness for autism and the challenges surrounding it and give something back for all the help we have received over the years. So if you see me out walking or birding, come say hello, and if you feel you could spare a few pennies ( or pounds ) to help this very worthy cause that is close to my heart, you can do that by clicking the following link. Thanks so much! https://fundraise.autisminitiatives.org/s/34562/38348/i

Hi folks, some have you may have noticed over the last hour, we have been testing a bird table/feeder camera. We will be going live with it in the next week or so when we have fixed a few glitches and found the best birdy spot in the garden.

Hi friends, In response to a few of your comments on the ID of the bird in my Surf Scoter footage in our most recent video, there have been a few our our viewers questioning if it is, in fact a Surf Scoter. Whilst at the time of releasing the video we were both pretty convinced it was ( enough to count it ), your comments are compelling enough for me to question and even doubt my initial ID of the bird in question. Unfortunately the footage is too distant to be sure, I am happy to bow to consensus. There are many amazing people watching our videos with much more experience than us, and this, for us is a big learning curve. Ultimately, on the next video I will remove that bird from our year list count, and we will go and try and find it again when we can . Thanks so much folks, see you on the next video.
