Hi friends. I know it's tamale season, so I wanted to let you know that this coming Saturday, I'll be sharing how to make perfect masa for tamales. Then the following Saturday, I'll share how to make shredded pork in red chile sauce that you can use for the filling. I decided to break it up into two separate videos, that way you don't have to sit through a lengthy video if you're only interested in one or the other. As you know, making tamales is a process, but it's SO worth all the effort. I hope you enjoy the upcoming videos.
