BREAKING: A federal judge ruled Mahmoud Khalil's case must proceed in New Jersey, and denied the Trump admin's motion to dismiss the challenge to his detention. 

This is the second federal judge to deny the Trump admin's attempt to transfer Khalil's case to Louisiana. 

BREAKING: ICE in Newark detained Leqaa Kordia, a Palestinian from the West Bank, after DHS charged her with overstaying her visa and alleged her involvement in Columbia’s protest encampment. She is the second DHS has targeted over protest ties this week, after Mahmoud Khalil. 

TikTok has removed as “hate speech” a BT clip of a student walkout for Mahmoud Khalil held at UC Berkeley. The video, which had thousands of likes already, portrayed signs and speeches and contained no bigotry whatsoever. 

Many TikTok users have noted an increase in censorship of progressive content in recent weeks, speculating that the platform made some kind of deal with Trump to avoid a total ban.

Eyes Left was originally launched by Mike Prysner and Spenser Rapone, two military veterans turned anti-war activists, as a podcast dedicated to discussing organizing among veterans active-duty service members. Now, Mike will be joining us to turn Eyes Left into a full-fledged video platform to tell these stories while also discussing military news and helping active and former military personnel become part of the anti-war movement.
