Hello Everyone, Currently working on "How Lambic Is Made" episode.  It will be a 3 part series and I'm excited for you to see behind the scenes of how its made. Its so cool! Spontaneous Fermentation!!!!  I will launch the 1st episode in May and the 2nd and 3rd episode about Lambic in June and July since my goal is to launch at least one new episode monthly. Unfortunately,  Ive had to cancel over 8 episodes since March due to the current situation.   Hopefully everything gets back to "normal" soon.  

In a few hours, I will be launching a "ShortClip"  called the most important part of the wine making process I took from when I made wine with Groot Constantia, the oldest winery in South Africa. Its a great in depth look of planning harvest and all the work that goes into it.  I hope everyone is doing well and is safe.  Cant thank you enough for your continued support!  Cheers,

Hey Everyone,  Im excited to bring you the final episode in our 3 part series about the Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico.  In the episode we discuss food, wine, and what the future has in store for the Valle.
