Our first seminar has been completed and was a total success. I put a ton of pressure on myself to give each and every enrollment overwhelming value and offered a full refund to anyone that wanted one no questions asked. Each enrollment asked, said the class was full of tons of great information and work ups and that they did find overwhelming value. Having said that it was also alarming how confusing and difficult the CAD's make fighting property tax market value. Absolutely nothing is uniform and standard and the CAD's fail each time to provide clear and convincing evidence. Mitch and I are in the process of making a new discord that is designed to build a community of people helping people. One of the primary channels is how to fight property tax. Next Steps
1. Create an online account on your county CAD's (Central Appraisal District) website
2. Start the "Protest" process. Usually takes 10min. For reason normally check, "Incorrect Appraisal Value"
3. Request either, comps, evidence or the GRID from the CAD. This shows us what comps they used and what math they used to come up with value based on those comps.
