सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने विशेषज्ञ पैनल को NEET-UG सुधारों पर रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने के लिए 2 और सप्ताह दिए



- NEET-UG पारदर्शिता और कदाचार संबंधी चिंताओं के लिए जांच के दायरे में है
- विशेषज्ञ पैनल को पारदर्शी परीक्षा प्रक्रियाओं के लिए सुधारों की सिफारिश करने का काम सौंपा गया है
- सॉलिसिटर जनरल ने रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए दो सप्ताह का विस्तार मांगा



सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को केंद्र द्वारा नियुक्त विशेषज्ञ पैनल को NEET-UG परीक्षा सुधारों पर अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए समय सीमा दो सप्ताह के लिए बढ़ा दी, जिसके बाद नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) द्वारा परीक्षा के संचालन की समीक्षा की गई।

2 अगस्त के फैसले में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूर्व ISRO प्रमुख के राधाकृष्णन के नेतृत्व वाले सात सदस्यीय पैनल के दायरे का विस्तार किया।

समूह को NEET-UG के प्रशासन में NTA के प्रदर्शन की जांच करने और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने और कदाचार को रोकने के लिए सुधारों की सिफारिश करने का काम सौंपा गया था।


NTA द्वारा आयोजित NEET-UG, पूरे भारत में स्नातक चिकित्सा कार्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षा है।

न्यायालय ने पहले 2024 NEET-UG को रद्द करने से इनकार कर दिया था, जिसमें कहा गया था कि परीक्षा की अखंडता को प्रभावित करने वाले किसी भी प्रणालीगत लीक या कदाचार को साबित करने के लिए पर्याप्त सबूत नहीं थे। 

सोमवार को, केंद्र का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ के समक्ष विस्तार का अनुरोध किया। पीठ, जिसमें जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला और मनोज मिश्रा भी शामिल थे, ने रिपोर्ट लगभग तैयार होने का उल्लेख करते हुए समय सीमा बढ़ाने पर सहमति व्यक्त की। 

न्यायालय ने एनटीए के एनईईटी-यूजी प्रशासन के भीतर कई मुद्दों को उजागर किया, जिसमें झारखंड के हजारीबाग में एक केंद्र में सुरक्षा उल्लंघन भी शामिल है, जहां अनधिकृत लोगों ने परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्रों तक पहुंच बनाई। अन्य चिंताओं में ई-रिक्शा द्वारा परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्रों का परिवहन और उम्मीदवारों को गलत परीक्षा पत्र वितरित करना शामिल था। 

विशेषज्ञ समिति में रणदीप गुलेरिया, बीजे राव और आदित्य मित्तल जैसे उल्लेखनीय सदस्य शामिल हैं। सरकार और एनटीए द्वारा सौंपे गए कार्यों के अलावा, पैनल परीक्षा सुरक्षा, डेटा सुरक्षा और प्रौद्योगिकी में सुधार पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा। पैनल के कार्यक्षेत्र में नीतिगत जुड़ाव, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहयोग और छात्रों के लिए मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सहायता के साथ-साथ एनटीए कर्मचारियों के लिए प्रशिक्षण भी शामिल है।



2024 में एमबीबीएस, बीडीएस, आयुष और संबंधित पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए 23 लाख से अधिक छात्रों ने नीट-यूजी परीक्षा दी।
