Update on my earlier post about Sony Music taking down my Bleach covers:

First of all, I want to say that Sony Music was very helpful and kind during our back and forth emails with them about the situation. I'm very grateful for how smoothly the issue was fixed.

The reason they took my covers down was that they thought that I had used Shirou Sagisu's recordings in my covers. I told them that I would never use other musician's recordings in my cover songs and that I make everything from scratch. I told them that I could prove it by sending all the stems from my songs. Thankfully they only wanted the final sound files of the songs.

After sending the songs, they confirmed internally that my songs did not infringe the rights of Shiro Sagisu's sound recordings and they also sent an email to Soundrop about this confirmation. 

I also asked them that is there anything I could do to prevent this from happening in the future and they said that they will make sure it will never happen again in the future, which was a huge relief to hear.

"Fade to Black_B13a", "Heat of the Battle", "On the Precipice of Defeat", "Soundscape to Ardor", and "Hollowed" will all be back on all streaming platforms in the following days! 

Two of my original compositions reached top 10 most streamed songs for last 7 days on my spotify, I'm so happy that you guys are liking my original music too!

My covers: "Fade to Black_B13a", "Heat of the Battle", "On the Precipice of Defeat", "Soundscape to Ardor", and "Hollowed" were all taken down from Spotify by sonymusic.co.jp. Currently trying to get a explanation why this happened.

I will try to get them back up but can't promise anything.
