Just wanted to quickly introduce ourselves again as we have a lot of new family here ( yes we consider your our internet family ) and we are so grateful you have decided to join us .
We are Chris and Erin known for ROMCOM dancing in the kitchen and riddles with a touch of Erin losing all things 🤣
Questions we get often are do you really lose those things and are you really that in love ….
Answer to those questions YES we are that in love BUT we went through hell and talk about that more on our YouTube as we weren’t always this LOVEY …..
And yes Erin is incredibly absent minded ( common sense not the BEST ) BUT she’s actually like a genius ( book smart ) and we don’t always catch our videos in real time so sometimes we make them after !!! Consider them skits based on real events or me getting lucky 🍀 
Things you may NOT know :
1. We are fitpros and NEVER meant to be viral or doing this full time which is why in some ways we kinda don’t fit ( we don’t fake things and we don’t understand the influencer world the way some other people in this industry do ) We are really passionate about helping others be WELL XO
2. Erin is a reCOVERED addict, alcoholic, abuse survivor, teenage mom, high school drop out with a Masters in Business and Chris was her knight that came and rescued her ( okay not really that way because Erin fought hard to be healed but Chris was stability to her healing )!!!
3. Chris is a retired mma fighter, all American wrestler who placed 4th in the country, has never done drugs, firmer firemen who was corporate until 2021 when we began this full time !!!
4. We have 4 kiddos one is not Chris’s biological daughter but he sees her as his and she sees him as dad !!!
5. We are obsessed with outdoors, helping people smile, we love our family and we are devoted to our faith !!
6. We have both been on reality tv 
7. We are starting to get recognized in public and we love saying hi and thanking you in person so if you see us please say hi 
8. We both want more kids 
9. We are obsessed with ROSES ( okay that’s Erin )
10. We are 100% committed to filling stadiums with life changing fitness concerts sooner than later 🥰
