Welcome to “Mini Minds Journey”! My name is Elena. I am an English language teacher w/27 years' experience & a mother of 3 children. I earned my master’s degree in the field of early childhood and special education in NYC. Working with young students I focus on developing their cognitive, emotional, & social skills. I aim to inspire & enthuse them, instilling a love of learning from an early age. Inspired by my youngest daughter & my students I created this on-line club to teach kids basic concepts, build their vocabulary, develop their listening skills, creativity & imagination, foster a love & desire for reading.
