What’s up everybody, happy Friday! Unfortunately, there will be no video today. I usually shoot about one week out and unfortunately, in the middle of making the video last week I came down with the funk. Actually thought I had pneumonia. Got some scans and ended up being clear but tested positive for flu a. It absolutely wiped me out. Easily top five I’ve ever been hit with sickness, and no, it wasn’t a man cold lol. In any event we'll be back up next Friday, hope you have a blessed weekend.

There’s just something so good when the natural flavor of food is complemented and enhanced. It’s adding balsamic to tomatoes, putting prosciutto to melon, and in this case drenching Lobster in warm butter. If I could afford it, it’d eat these every flippin day! I'm not sure there's a more versatile chicken dish besides breaded and fried chicken cutlets. It can go in a sandwich, with a sauce, with a salad, eaten by itself. It is one of my go-to's and is ALWAYS enjoyed by all. You can see the full video right now on YT at  https://youtu.be/r86vF98mEAk

My videographer and me absolutely maimed 2 pounds of this like it was a small bag of Doritos.
