The Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT)

We advance scholarly and innovative approaches to teaching and learning within and across UBC’s diverse disciplinary and cultural contexts.

As a centrally-provisioned academic service unit, we:

- support development and renewal of courses, programs and specializations
- offer professional development programs to faculty, teaching assistants, grad students and staff
- provide user support for enterprise Learning Applications as well as incubate innovative open-source and emerging tools 
- partner with academic and administrative units to design, plan and develop educational experiences that enhance learning flexibility
