Dr. Zina Suissa is a psychologist, executive coach, and for many years taught at McGill University (at all levels of management) and at Dawson College (Psychology Department). Dr. Suissa’s many years of accomplishments in academia and as a psychologist served as a trajectory to executive coaching and as a speaker. As President of Resonance Executive and Team Coaching, she has coached managers, leaders, teams, and facilitated workshops in areas such as leadership, team building, conflict, change management, growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and motivation. She created a YouTube Channel to interview thought leaders in order to understand what enhances mastery and competence in order to create a thriving organizational culture. Dr. Suissa has a strong belief in a learning organization and through that, her channel features Corporate Talks in order to enhance knowledge in the workplace. These talks range from adversity to change management to conflict and many other topics.
