Hello, My Fellow Artists!

I just wanted to share one of my new blog posts with you. This one is called, "How to Draw the Torso with the Bean Shape Method."

This method is a great way to draw this portion of the human body more organically. When we begin to add more bend and twist to the midsection, our figures look much more expressive and alive.

Starting with the bean shape can guide us in that direction.

You can view this blog post on my website here: https://ramstudioscomics.com/index.php/2025/03/03/how-to-draw-the-torso-with-the-bean-shape-method/

If you have any questions about the content, please let me know—I’d love to see your art! :)

Have a great weekend, and good luck with your studies!

Best regards,

Robert

Here is one I just drew of Bane. This was done on a Xencelab tablet. Mainly to see if I could get the same amount of detail as I would on other screen drawing devices. My Cintiq finally gave out after about 10 years of use. So also out of necessity and the fact that I don’t want to buy another one since they are so darn expensive! I hope you like the work and I will share a video of it soon!

Another digital painting that I did today of Spidey. Painted in Procreate. Let me know if you have any questions about the process that I can answer in an upcoming video. I always appreciate your continued support and have a great day!

Here is the art from my next course on Drawing a Superhero Scene from Sketch to Colors.

This will be all in real time so you can learn the steps I take to develop the concept and fix mistakes along the way.

This one is done completely in Clip Studio Paint.

Let me know if you are interested in learning more and thank you for your continued support of this channel!
