- Then join a private creative game. 
(I used 9061-5458-7889) 
- Next whoever needs the skin, leave and join back. 
- The quests should now be working.
-  Eliminate your friend and the henchmen

You could also use 8090-9016-4239 or 3589-2124-6433 or any other 1.0 map.
