The Linville river ran through the first floor of my house on in the North Carolina mountains. I desperately need financial help. I have to dig out 4'of mud and river rock. Some bigger than your head. I've lost all kitchen bath and master bedroom provisions. The yard is literally stripped of all vegetation.  I lost my motorcycle my lawn gear and all my tools.
