The new work took quite a while!
I put a lot of thought and effort into how to express the appearance of Hades, the king of the underworld, and his magical powers. And now I'm finally doing the final editing.

I just deleted my short film video that I uploaded a day ago.


Many subscribers left comments supporting and encouraging my work and new attempts. 

However, a few people carelessly disparaged the results of my efforts, which created a misunderstanding in the comment section.


It was a work that I created after endlessly thinking, researching, learning, and trying for the past two weeks.
I had this topic in my heart about three years ago, and I selected the music to use for it a year ago.


However, I was given the stigma of a work that I never thought of as a "plagiarism of a specific movie."


The background music used in my work was Oppenheimer's Can You Hear the Music, and that music was a masterpiece that strongly inspired the "Vision of Genius" series that I had planned.
 (*And if I use music with such copyright in my video, all profits from the video automatically go to the copyright holder. In other words, since I do not generate any profits from my video, there is no legal problem at all.)


Anyway, I have spent a considerable amount of time simulating my audiovisual inspirations into actual videos, and I have tested and utilized various tools to express my imagination.


However, a person claimed that I completely plagiarized that movie. I was really surprised because I did never confirmed the similarity.


I admit that I have not "watched the whole movie" with "full concentration", but I have seen the general idea.
I also do not deny that I was able to express the visuals related to the movie in my subconscious.

However, the expression that I drew specific visual elements based on a specific movie is not true at all. At least, it is interesting to me that it is not like that at my level of consciousness.


In fact, we must admit that all creation is a result of our consciousness and subconsciousness.


In that sense, in this era of overflowing content, I think that the kind of plagiarism controversy that "the creator did not intend" can easily happen. But I am just embarrassed that I am being suspected of this at this point.


If I had made a work that was like an homage to the movie Oppenheimer in my own version, I would have definitely made it clear.
 Because I think the homage or parody genre is also an attractive genre. However, I have never thought of this work as an homage, so I am explaining it this way.


Honestly, I feel really wronged...


I thought arguing in the comments was a pointless waste of time, so I am posting here to clarify the facts. And since I put so much love and effort into this work, I wanted to protect it from such attacks now.


If there are people who are disappointed in me for trying something new or who are no longer attracted to my work, please refrain from making careless comments that could cause others to misunderstand.

It is your freedom to support my channel or not.
I will just move forward to develop my work into better work for the sake of my friends who support my work.
