We appreciate your watching and interest in our journey with honeybees as we learn from others and share what we are experiencing throughout the seasons. Our apiaries are located within the Sandy Valley Area located about 30 min south of Saint Louis Missouri. Our main forage for our bees are an abundance of deciduous tree species, blackberry, clovers and alfalfa. My family has come from a long line of farmers and agriculture related backgrounds, so I feel right at home with the bees. In March of 2023 we were able to get started with a single cutout and learned how to take that hive and several others from 4 hives to a total of 70 heading into this past winter of ‘24.   It’s amazing the people you meet and the conversations that you have with people of all ages when discussing honeybees. Not to mention,  serving the products of the hive throughout the local community and enjoying every step of the way. We are excited to see what’s next and will be looking forward to your joining us!🐝
